WAChIPI (wa-CHEE-peeh) is translated as DANCE in the Lakota language. And our Lakota Ways biannual WAChIPI DANCE event every two years includes invitations to select world class international dance groups and local aficionados, hobbyists to perform body movement works in utter beauty and peaceful expression while grounded in Native/Indigenous/Tribal practice and philosophy from around the world.

 

Modern, Ballet, Bollywood, Powwow, Hip Hop, and all dance entusiasts can find promise and soulful entertainment by participating in watching dance shows, hands-on workshops, and masters classes at WAChIPI DANCE.
